Volkswagen Polo GT TSI Launched at RS 7 99 Lakhs

Volkswagen Launched the much awaited Polo GT TSI in Indian Market. Volkswagen Polo GT TSI is now the range topping variant for Polo. Polo GT TSI takes the place of Polo 1.6 which was phased out earlier because of the lack of sales. Volkswagen Polo GT TSI is powered 1.2 L Turbo charged Petrol engine which produces 105 BHP of power at 5000 RPM and 175 Nm of torque at 1500 – 4100 RPM. This powerful engine is mated to Volkswagen famous 7 speed DSG gearbox. Volkswagen DSG Gearbox offer great performance and more fuel efficiency than the manual counterpart. Volkswagen Polo GT TSI hit 0-100 Kmph in 9.8 seconds and Top speed of 190 Kmph.

Volkswagen has tuned the engine for performance and efficiency. Polo GT TSI returns 14 Kmpl under ARAI. Volkswagen Polo GT TSI doesn’t get a Polo badge. Instead Volkswagen has given GTI badge on the front grill. Then GT TSI stickers on the C Pillar and on the Boot. Inside Polo GT TSI get sporty pedals and illuminated door sills. Gear liver and Hand brake knob get leather. Seats are done in Black and grey color combination. Volkswagen has launched the Polo GT TSI in one trim which is the highline variant. Volkswagen Polo GT TSI launched at RS 7.99 (Ex-showroom Delhi). Volkswagen got the excise duty benefits for small engines and also for the Polo measures under 4 meter in length. This helps Volkswagen to price the Polo GT TSI aggressively in the market.
